Job Summary
Data Operations Analyst at JPMorganChase focusing on fund servicing operations, financial reporting, and process improvements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with financial reporting software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Confluence-Unity, DFIN Arc)
- Basic coding knowledge to support tooling, automation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends/variances, and generate decision-useful insights
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in financial reporting systems
- Clear communication of complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders; effective teamwork and collaboration
- Baseline knowledge of fund servicing operations, including routine transaction execution and process improvement
- Demonstrated active listening and questioning techniques with clients; experience driving continuous improvement using innovation and design thinking to enhance operational efficiency
