Job Summary
Data Operations Analyst role focused on improving operational efficiency through data analysis, dashboard development, process automation, reporting, and data quality management in the India RCM Leadership context. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities, creating and maintaining business reports and performance metrics, developing actionable insights for leadership and operations, monitoring KPIs and proactively highlighting risks, building and maintaining dashboards with BI tools, troubleshooting data connections and reporting inaccuracies, automating manual tasks, documenting automation workflows, validating and auditing data quality across sources, supporting data migration and governance, and collaborating with business stakeholders and the India Operations Head to translate needs into scalable reporting and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Operations, or Reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
