Job Summary
Data Operations Analyst I at Barracuda Networks supports the sales organization by ensuring data integrity in Salesforce/CRM, analyzing and correcting data discrepancies in quotes and opportunities, collaborating with the Business Systems Team to implement data/workflow fixes, and testing new features and procedures for system enhancements and automation. The role emphasizes data accuracy across opportunities and quotes, alignment with go-to-market sales approaches, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience using CRM tools, ideally salesforce.com
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Products
- Experience working in a customer centric sales environment is an advantage
- A driven self-starter who can learn on the fly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while remaining laser-focused on attention to detail
- Strong “customer first” attitude
- A desire to find solutions to problems
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
