Job Summary
Data Officer to maintain CoastHills’ enterprise data infrastructure (Data Warehouse/MS SQL Server and SDS Data Lake), develop ETL pipelines, build API integrations with core systems, and deliver enterprise reporting through Power BI and SSRS. Responsibilities include data ingestion/preprocessing, data modeling, analytics (descriptive, inferential, predictive), and governance to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and stakeholders, optimizing data workflows, and enabling data-driven decision making through dashboards, reports, and data products. Required skills include SQL Server, Python, ETL development, data visualization (Power BI, SSRS), data governance, and experience with data warehousing concepts; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience are expected. Knowledge of GlBA/BSA/CCPA/NCUA compliance and familiarity with SN data architectures like ARCU/EDS is a plus. The position involves supervisory responsibilities, occasional evenings/weekends, and a focus on building scalable data solutions for organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Course work or certificate in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or applied mathematics valued
- 1-3 years’ experience in a senior-level data management role or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Database Developer and Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and T-SQL in MS SQL Server environments
- Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, or equivalent BI tools
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data governance practices
