Job Summary
Monitor and troubleshoot voice and data telecommunications network, plan and coordinate telecommunications project requirements, supervise hardware installation, analyze data on ISP/circuit usage and outages, and manage vendor response for efficient resolution of incidents. Requires strong knowledge in voice and data services, and the ability to develop policies and procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
- 4 years’ of relevant experience
- Hands-on VoIP and Telecomm experience
Desired Qualifications
- Configuring/troubleshooting experience in Cisco networking environment
- Able to work with many programming tools such as; People Tools, People Code, Integration Broker, Component Interface, SQR, SQL, PS Query, Application Engine, XML Publisher, BPEL, and other programming tools.
