Job Summary
Conduct quantitative and business analytics, data science, and modeling across commercial and consumer businesses to support portfolio management, risk management, and business strategy. Apply analytical tools including Generative AI, cloud platforms, and big data systems to transform data into actionable insights for portfolio analytics, balance sheet modeling, marketing, and fraud detection. Participate in rotations covering asset management, corporate institutional banking, and commercial real estate while engaging in formal learning, mentoring, and social networking with senior leaders. Complete structured curriculum activities and projects to drive business results under supervision, with the goal of transitioning into production roles upon program completion.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred STEM or business majors (e.g. Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business)
- Minimum GPA 3.2
- Experience in data analysis, preferably using AI, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau
- Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
- Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
