Job Summary
Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines in Python, optimizing relational databases for analytical applications. Design robust data workflows, automate scheduling, and implement CI/CD practices with Jenkins to ensure code quality and reliability. Collaborate with data scientists and trading teams to translate data needs into technical solutions while adhering to strong DevOps standards. Maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and Databricks, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay current with emerging software and cloud technologies to integrate beneficial new tools.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in compute engineering and Equivalent. (BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.)
- 1 to 2 years of experience with right skillset.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with software development best practices.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and familiarity with data modeling and warehousing.
- Experience with Jenkins or tools, and strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services, preferably in Azure and Databricks.
- Strong problem-solver, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English
