Job Summary
Design and develop data models for a Management Information System supporting business performance management, ensuring alignment with bank data modelling standards. Collaborate with business and technology teams to validate models and support implementation. Work with some of the largest banks in the world on projects that transform the financial services industry. Requires 5+ years of Financial Services experience, fluency in English, and proficiency in SQL and analytical data modelling. Full-time role with flexible remote work options within the Czech Republic.
Required Qualifications
- A successfully completed university degree
- Fluent English
- 5+ years of Financial Services experience
- Proven experience designing data models for Private Banking or other Financial Services domains
- Strong requirements analysis, communication, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- German
- Private Banking experience
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and analytical data modelling
- Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of banking data models and industry best practices
