Job Summary
Collaborate with business representatives, data owners, and architects to model current and new data structures. Lead team decisions and manage efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams. This role requires proficiency in Generative AI and minimum 7.5 years of experience, based at the Chennai office.

- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Generative AI
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that support complex business processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data requirements and translate them into effective data structures
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data models with applications and systems
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance
- Skilled in evaluating and optimizing data models for performance and scalability
