Job Summary
Lead QA and validation project delivery for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics tracking by gathering requirements, creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to support analytics tracking validation and reporting. Execute test plans for digital analytics ensuring accurate data capture and reporting. Utilize tools like Adobe App Assurance, Browser Stack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools for validation. Document and communicate defects to development and analytics teams. Requires hands-on experience in analytics validation and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Overall 8-11 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of QA/testing/validation experience in digital analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) toolset – Workspace, Queries, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Experience developing and validating analytics tagging requirements
- Familiarity with agile project management software such as JIRA and/or Rally
- Experience in digital analytics QA/testing for large healthcare, e-commerce, or financial services websites
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, or related experience
