Job Summary
Design and devise quick, actionable data solutions using Qlik for health-insurance business challenges; maintain in-house tools and empower stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights. Expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense (3-5 years), advanced Excel Macro/Access (2-5 years), and SQL (3-5 years) to build MIS and visualize data; experience communicating with senior leaders, managing expectations of customers and teams, and adapting to changing priorities. Knowledge of health insurance data and cross-functional collaboration, with proficiency in SharePoint or similar collaboration tools (2-3 years). Education: Bachelor's with 3-5 years or Master's with 2 years of work experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or Master's degree with 2-5 years of work experience in data analysis or reporting
- 3-5 years of experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense
- 2-5 years of experience with Excel Macro/Access and MS Office
- 2-3 years of experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
- 3-5 years of SQL experience
- Experience in health insurance domain preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure
