Job Summary
The Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor role involves configuring and implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for Evernorth, Cigna, and Health Services digital properties. Responsibilities include capturing customer tracking information, setting up data collection, and advising on digital analytics solutions. Candidates must have 11-13 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Analytics, and demonstrate expertise in Adobe tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relations.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in configuring and implementing AEP and CJA for large-scale digital properties.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, data management, and privacy policies.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide technical leadership on multiple projects.
- Overall 11-13 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe tracking tools.
- Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and strong API usage required.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Launch/Data Collection, Google Tag Manager.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data streams, event forwarding, and monitoring within AEP.
- Experience with third-party tools such as OneTrust, Discover/Tealeaf, and Verint.
- Familiarity with agile project management software such as JIRA and/or Rally.
- Experience supporting digital analytics for healthcare, e-commerce, or financial services websites.
