Job Summary
Manage all aspects of product engineering activities including hardware, software, automation, and IT by applying advanced advisory skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work without considerable direction while mentoring and supervising team members. Independently initiate and drive technical projects to completion, solving strategic problems through quantitative analysis, data visualization, and complex data processing. Oversee data manipulation, extract, transform, and load procedures while managing databases, data pipelines, and cloud architectures, including large, complex geospatial data files. Requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and 10+ years of technical project management experience. Full-time role with competitive compensation ranging from $99,000 to $225,000.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with people management
- Experience with technical project management, independently initiating and driving projects to completion, and solving strategic problems
- Experience doing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights
- Experience with data manipulation, extract, transform, and load procedures
- Experience managing databases and data pipelines and working with cloud architectures
- Experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats
- Knowledge of database technologies
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with technical project management
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with technical project management
- Master's degree and 5+ years of experience with technical project management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Experience with enterprise technology systems, such as CORE and MLOps
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies applied to geospatial data
- Possession of excellent communication and keen problem-solving skills
- GEOINT Professional – Fundamentals (F) Certification
