Job Summary
Coordinates, collects, stores, manages and analyses data; ensures data accuracy, completeness, conformance, consistency and currency; maximises data value and ensures availability to stakeholders. Performs complex data services (mapping/enrichment/cleansing), quality assurance, service coordination with IT and data governance teams, and KPI-driven performance management including invoicing. Requires 5 years’ experience in data management with team supervision; scientific degree (Bachelor’s or higher) and background in substances/products/referentials a plus. Located in Hungary with remote work option; part of Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team focused on drug development and patient-centric data management in biopharmaceutical contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in data management or related role
- experience in managing and supervising a team
- significant data management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field or equivalent
- experience with data mapping/enrichment/cleansing, QA, KPI reporting
- ability to coordinate data services and IT/data governance interactions
