Job Summary
Manage PowerSchool student information by handling enrollments, withdrawals, discipline records, and scheduling. Monitor teacher data entry for attendance and grades, coding absences, and preparing daily absence bulletins. Coordinate with parents on tardiness and direct staff on attendance policies while maintaining sign-in logs. Process cumulative records for new and departing students, ensuring compliance with federal and district policies. Generate monthly reports for administrators, district officials, and state agencies, including honor rolls, civil rights data, and retention metrics. Maintain confidential student files and solve problems with school data independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Certified Notary Public
- Organized approach
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Computer literacy

- Professionalism
- Administrative skills to interpret county and state policies governing enrollment/withdrawal, attendance, immunizations, and health records

- Software skills for data entry, reporting, word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, and PowerSchool program
- Discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive student/staff information
