Job Summary
Develop Data Handling Guidelines and oversee correction execution through Data change requests within the Medable platform. Manage the JIRA ticketing system to coordinate internal and external stakeholders for data change planning and implementation. Ensure regulatory compliance by overseeing protocols across all clinical projects and review comprehensive reports and visualizations through Looker to communicate findings. Partner with internal and external study teams to ensure seamless data workflows and project execution while staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in clinical data management, or a combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and influence decision-making
- Good knowledge of tools like JIRA ticketing system, Confluence, Looker etc.
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA)
