Job Summary
Define and implement the group-wide data strategy aligned with Fluxys' energy transition goals, establishing a comprehensive data governance model including domains, stewards, and decision rights. Design the enterprise data architecture with OT/IT integration, ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across critical infrastructure. Lead a team of 10-15 experts, coordinate federated business unit teams, and manage budget, planning, and capacity for the central Data function. Identify and drive high-value use cases in asset health, capacity balancing, emissions reporting, and AI-ready data foundations. Act as a strategic partner to senior management on all data-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Master of gelijkwaardig in data, IT, techniek, economie of een aanverwant vakgebied
- 10-15+ jaar beroepservaring, inclusief 10+ jaar in senior leidinggevende functies binnen data, IT of digitale functies
- Aangetoonde ervaring met het definiëren en implementeren van ondernemingsbrede-datastrategieën in complexe organisaties
- Sterk vermogen om complexe bedrijfs- en regelgevingsvereisten te vertalen naar pragmatische, schaalbare data-oplossingen
- Aantoonbare ervaring met agile en Scrum werkwijzen
- Sterke expertise in databeheer, datagovernance, data-architectuur en informatiebeheer
- Gedegen kennis van OT/IT-omgevingen, moderne dataplatformen, metadatabeheer en data quality frameworks
- Gode kennis van informatiebeveiliging en wettelijke datavereisten
- 10+ jaar ervaring in people management
- Vloeiend Engels, Nederlands of Frans
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring in energie, nutsbedrijven, infrastructuur of andere gereguleerde omgevingen
