Job Summary
Manage data analytics consulting projects by proposing solutions, gathering requirements, and supervising implementation of data and technology solutions. Collaborate with team members on client projects to develop data-driven solutions for complex challenges, while assisting in designing management information products and raw data extraction processes. Lead development of data tools for transformation and access, oversee performance monitoring protocols in pipelines, and guide the team on quality validation and code resilience. Support identification of data governance requirements, manage data accessibility, and coach staff on reducing failure points across product features. Prepare team members for stakeholder meetings and evaluate data costs and usage for business scenarios. Keep up with latest technology and Anti Financial Crime trends to develop new value propositions for clients.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in data/business analytics, data engineering or data modeling project delivery
- 5+ years of experience in scaling and managing team of 6+ persons
- Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in developing data-driven strategies to drive business growth
- Advanced negotiation skills for managing project timelines and deliverables both internally and externally
- Ability to identify and address client needs, develop and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Understanding of statistical analytics methods and the ability to apply these in the appropriate circumstances
- Experience in data querying technologies (e.g. SQL) and programming languages for process automations (e.g. Python, VBA)
- Knowledge of data visualization/dashboarding technologies (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in agile methodologies
- University degree
- Experience in data governance, data stewardship and data management
- Have demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‐powered tools in your daily work
Desired Qualifications
- preferably for Financial Services sector
- min.2 years
- University degree (preferred in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Big Data)
- Excellent written & spoken English with great communication skills
- Fluency in German, Dutch of French
