Job Summary
Data Manager at DTU National Food Institute focused on reporting zoonotic and antimicrobial resistance data to EFSA, and on digitalizing and automating routine tasks within bioinformatics, data management and visualization. Responsibilities include contributing to the annual report on zoonosis, supporting EFSA OH outbreak database reporting, automating antimicrobial-resistance/usage dashboards, and supporting editorial work for national and international reports in collaboration with the research group and partner institutions. Requires a solid background in data management and bioinformatics, strong cooperation skills, and the ability to work in an international research environment. English and Danish language proficiency are required. The role is full-time and based at DTU Lyngby Campus, with starting date 1 August 2026 (or by mutual agreement).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (at least two-year master’s degree or equivalent) in bioinformatics, food engineering, food science, epidemiology, biotechnology, biology or related field; proficiency in English and Danish (spoken and written)
