Job Summary

Manage complex data collection, verification, and reporting for the LifeArc ARDT Centre, ensuring accurate entry into research databases and resolution of missing or contradictory information. Proactively coordinate communications across consortium teams, resolve queries, and develop standard operating procedures for data management protocols. Assist in organizing meetings, handling administrative supplies, and testing data entry applications to streamline rare disease trial processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Educated to A Level standard, or equivalent level 3 qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ, or level 3 national diploma
  • Relevant work experience evidencing the skills and ability to undertake the role
  • GCSEs to a minimum of grade C/4 in English
  • GCSEs to a minimum of grade C/4 in Mathematics
  • Equivalent level 2 qualification to GCSEs
  • Experience of medical data coding
  • Experience of data entry
  • Experience of data validation techniques
  • Ability to query and maintain computer databases
  • Critical and intelligent attention to detail
  • High standards of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
