Job Summary
Direct data management activities and ensure availability for use by appropriate consumers by working with business stakeholders and technology teams. Manage execution of Enterprise Data Management, Global Records Management, and Governed Reporting Policies and Standards, including monitoring data quality and control practices. Identify gaps in standards adherence and remediate them with partners to meet regulatory mandates. Serve as a liaison between the DSME organization and stakeholders to align on data management activities across business and technology teams. Monitor key performance indicators and internal controls to identify out-of-tolerance conditions and emerging risks, then partner with stakeholders to develop and execute remediation plans. Act as a subject matter expert for EDM/GRM/Gov Rptg standards and provide guidance on compliance expectations. Partner with FLU, DSME, and technology teams to design and implement processes, controls, and infrastructure that align to enterprise data standards and regulatory requirements. Support and facilitate data management assessments, QA reviews, and annual standards inspections. Monitor and report on data controls, risks, and adherence metrics, including researching and resolving metric breaches and control deficiencies. Drive education, awareness, and transparency of EDM/GRM/Gov Rptg standards adherence through reporting, stakeholder engagement, and governance routines.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years financial industry experience
