Job Summary
Execute the transmutation of analog customer records into digital formats and undertake custodial operations for the collection, including indexing, encoding, archival, and dissemination. Facilitate the augmentation of the collection by proposing acquisitions predicated on expendable replenishment protocols and bespoke client requisitions. Enforce the application of declassification protocols where pertinent and render investigatory assistance through the utilization of multifarious databases and esoteric source repositories. Populate and curate the customers library systems database, engage in the scrutiny of metadata, and contribute to Quality Assessment and Management services. Adhere scrupulously to established cataloging directives and participate in the upkeep of databases, including the incorporation, excision, investigation, rectification, and sanitization of data. Maintain Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI CI Polygraph adjudication and demonstrate proficiency in anti-malware software deployment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2–3 years of antecedent relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI CI Polygraph adjudication
- Proficiency in the deployment of anti-malware software and associated methodologies
- Demonstrated familiarity with procedural and operational paradigms of library clerical functions
- Comprehension of library cataloging conventions and standards
- 1–3 years of substantiated experience in the stewardship and evolution of data repositories
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or a cognate academic discipline
- Operational knowledge of clerical methodologies
- TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance
