Job Summary
Data Management Strategy & Governance Analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes for large-scale data ingestion and updates across Cigna's core platforms (PRM, Actisure, Diamond, Globalcare). Focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within the IHDS governance framework. Key responsibilities include bulk data operations using ETL tools, data validation and quality checks, development of data pipelines and API-based integrations, documentation of processes and standards, and monitoring job performance with dashboards (e.g., Power BI). Skills include SQL, Python or Java scripting, experience with ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Oracle Data Integration), familiarity with Salesforce Bulk API, and knowledge of data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) along with data governance and security practices.
