Job Summary
Execute technical data management policies and modern practices within the data platform, focusing on data modeling, metadata management, and ensuring data structures are organized, scalable, and AI-ready. Lead data asset development across all Data Product and AI initiatives, acting as the central hub for best practices and influencing senior stakeholders. Design frameworks and challenge existing processes to shape governance standards while serving as the first line of defense for data risk, privacy, and security. Utilize Databricks, AWS, and modern metadata tools to improve data quality and discovery, supporting high-visibility work with strong stakeholder management and autonomous decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Demonstrate confidence in technical decision-making
- Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
- Result-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Meticulous documentation
- Business-level Japanese (above N2)
- Appreciated: business-level English
