Job Summary

Input, validate, and consolidate data in the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) information systems, ensuring accuracy for admissions, discharges, authorizations, and placements. Process incoming and outgoing Out of Town Inquiry (OTI) and Interstate Compact for Placement of Children (ICPC) packets while supporting case management staff with technical assistance and training. Attend weekly meetings to address issues and share information, then query the system to correct data entry errors and perform routine validation sampling. Assist subcontracted providers by logging complaints and responding to requests, while designing procedures related to OTI and ICPC processes. Maintain regular in-office attendance and collaborate with the team to meet reporting deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of experience in data entry and validation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while adhering to established quality standards and protocols
