Data Management Specialist

Develop and refine data management strategies, policies, and procedures meeting program, customer, and regulatory requirements. Own the intake, processing, and fulfillment of data requests from internal teams and external customers, managing the full lifecycle of data submittals for customers and government agencies. Administer document control systems and workflows, confirm correct revision levels and signatures before transmission, and respond to document retrieval requests from auditors and program teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer/supplier notifications and build dashboards to provide real-time visibility of submission status. Design and maintain information architecture across collaboration platforms to ensure a single source of truth, eliminating redundant files and coordinating cleanup activities. Produce regular reports on submission status and document control metrics, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
