Job Summary
Develop and maintain a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards across the bank's global operations. Monitor data quality metrics, identify risks and gaps, and implement a records management programme ensuring proper identification, classification, and disposal. Lead a team performing complex tasks, set objectives, and coach employees to deliver on work impacting the whole business function. Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and effectively, while influencing decision-making and advising senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with business divisions and risk functions to develop new policies and strengthen controls. Location: Pune. Level: Assistant Vice President.
