Job Summary
Keystone seeks a Data Management & Research Contractor (EMS Guru) to support an internal platform rollout on a full-time, three-month contract in the New York City area. You will clean, enrich, and centralize expert data across Salesforce, Excel, internal trackers, and related files; consolidate data from multiple sources; ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistently structured for search, reporting, and platform workflows. Responsibilities include external research to enrich profiles (education, experience, publications), identifying gaps and inconsistencies, coordinating with stakeholders to gather missing data (project history, ownership, rates), and preparing data for migration and ongoing maintenance. The role emphasizes high-volume data work, precision, proactive follow-up with stakeholders, and documentation of repeatable processes. Required experience includes working with Salesforce, Excel, Airtable or similar platforms; data cleaning, data management, or research operations; and comfort translating external research into clean, structured profile data. Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, three-month contract with on-site NYC availability is preferred. Hourly pay rate is $50–$70 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Airtable or similar data management platforms
- Experience in data cleaning, data entry, database management, or research operations
- Ability to manage high-volume data tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication with stakeholders
- Availability for full-time, 40-hour-per-week, three-month contract; on-site availability preferred
