Data Management Programmer

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, at least 5 years of database design experience in clinical/biotech/pharma settings, practical experience with data management processes, eCRF creation, EDC systems, SDTM, and strong communication skills in English. The work environment is hybrid with 40% in-office time in Brussels, Belgium, and the company emphasizes collaboration across global teams and CRO/vendor partnerships.
