Job Summary
Conceive, develop, and scale policies, guidelines, tools, and processes for becoming data-driven across the entire bank. Lead work related to Information Assets management by establishing clear approaches and patterns for efficiently managing data and strengthening business capabilities. Work with strategy and roadmaps on a group level to get them implemented via others in various divisions, while applying agile ways of working with change. This role sits within the Group Data Management team, where the mission is to empower everyone in SEB with the ability to use data in all facets of operating the business. The position is based in Stockholm with flexible remote working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience from a data intensive environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with strategy and related roadmaps on a group level and ability to get them implemented via others in various divisions
- Good understanding of and experience from working with data related frameworks, methodologies and tools
- Good understanding of agile way of working with change
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and driving skills
- An academic degree at university level
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Swedish
Desired Qualifications
- Interest and see the potential of data as an asset in driving business decisions
- Understanding the data management regulations
- Experience from working with AI and Data Management Solutions such as Collibra or Validio
- Appreciation for some of the challenges large organizations face with a wide range of data and needs
- Preferably knowledge and experience of finance/banking
