Job Summary
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and patterns, making data scalable and configurable for multiple project initiatives and regulatory requirements. Design and implement data integration solutions to create common models, automating data collection, validation, and reporting processes. Leverage AI/ML tools to develop predictive data models and facilitate data-driven insights aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors for data requirement gathering, strategizing, and solution implementation. Utilize SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau to manage large datasets and optimize workflows. Located in Jersey City, NJ, this full-time role offers a salary of $135,000 - $205,000. A Master's degree plus one year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus three years, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study
- 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Transaction Banking Analyst, or related occupation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Transaction Banking Analyst, or related occupation

- using Excel for monitoring and analyzing large scale financial data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Agile methodologies including JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, and Confluence to manage projects and prioritize deliverables effectively

- querying databases using SQL and data extraction
- managing large datasets to support data-driven decision making
- data transformation tools including either Alteryx or Informatica reporting tools

- leveraging automation tools including UiPath and Pega for process automation and process management
- participating in the full systems development lifecycle from project initiation, requirements definition, user acceptance testing through implementation
