Data Management Lead

Implement and maintain enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and a data catalogue aligned with Digital & IT practices. Support the establishment of data ownership and accountability across business units, including governance of master data domains. Identify data quality risks and lead clean-up and remediation initiatives to ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Drive data standardization across the organization, including naming conventions, taxonomies, and data classification, while maintaining data lineage to ensure traceability. Oversee data lifecycle management, including retention, archival, and secure disposal in line with regulatory requirements. Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and the Data Platform team on architecture decisions and system implementations, and support the data readiness roadmap for AI. This role ensures data serves as a trusted, reliable corporate asset enabling regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making across Scatec's global renewable energy operations.
