Complete in-classroom skill development in banking, business operations, IT support, financial operations, project management, and network security. Gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking training, resume building, and ongoing mentorship to launch your career. Participate in an intensive one-year program with access to internships at Harvard University, Wayfair, Salesforce, or Wellington Management. Receive an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Maintain availability Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program.
