Data Management Job Training Program by Year Up United provides a one-year (or shorter) intensive track combining in-classroom skill development with internships and job placement services. Participants receive coaching, mentorship, and an educational stipend, with internships potentially at organizations such as Harvard University, Wayfair, Salesforce, or Wellington Management in Greater Boston. In-depth classes include Banking, Business Operations, IT Support, Investment Operations, Project Management, and Network Security & Support. The program aims to build professional business and communication skills, interview and networking capabilities, and resume-building support to help launch a student’s career. 72% of graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months, with an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
