Job Summary
The Data Management Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Assurance program to ensure adherence to Enterprise Data Management Policy and associated standards. Key responsibilities include executing Quality Assurance activities, developing data governance controls, monitoring data quality, contributing to data governance forums, and executing remediation efforts for data issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in data governance and quality assurance, along with strong skills in stakeholder management and proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science/analytics, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in data governance, Quality Assurance program, metadata, data risk, data quality, or a related field
- Strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience on data risks, data governance, quality assurance, metrics/reporting and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of data tools and Microsoft suite (sharepoint, powerpoint, excel and word)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality assurance program
