Job Summary
Data Management Administrator responsible for document control, data integrity, and compliance across AS9100; manage lifecycle of controlled documents, DTMs, and coordination with FAA as required, while supporting audits and export-control compliance. Manage high-volume data entry and data integrity across SharePoint, MES, and program files; generate status reports and metrics; provide internal engineering/program/quality/supply chain support; ensure ITAR/EAR/USML/ECCN and DFARS/CMMC compliance; identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement and SOPs. Requires 3+ years in aerospace/regulated environments, proficiency with SharePoint/M365, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of document control experience in an aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or regulated industry environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately and independently
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to synthesize knowledge across systems, procedures, and programs to solve novel problems
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality management system requirements
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft 365
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
