Data Loss Prevention Analyst

Job Summary
Classify and label sensitive data using approved information protection standards, then develop and maintain DLP policies, rules, and controls. Configure controls to block unauthorized sharing of sensitive data via email, cloud services, web uploads, removable media, and collaboration platforms. Monitor and investigate DLP alerts, incidents, and policy violations while creating user notifications for violations. Provide user education and awareness on secure data handling practices to reduce the risk of data loss. This role reports directly to the GVP of Cyber Operations and Governance, working remotely from a home office in São Paulo.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Data Protection, DLP, or Security Operations
- Experience with enterprise DLP platforms and data classification technologies
- Understanding of data privacy, information governance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
