Job Summary
Manage contracts and obligations by monitoring key contractual requirements and ensuring ongoing compliance obligations are met. Drive compliance activities by partnering with stakeholders to implement and improve processes, controls, and governance practices. Coordinate audits and reviews by supporting responses, information requests, and follow-up actions across the business. Support commercial initiatives by assisting with new data partnerships, licensing arrangements, and related governance requirements. Monitor risks and actions by tracking commitments, compliance activities, and remediation actions to completion. Keep things organised by maintaining accurate records, registers, schedules, and compliance documentation. This hands-on role requires day-to-day ownership of the compliance operating rhythm for Domain's government data partnerships and external licensors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with emphasis on contractual/legal/regulatory compliance
- Experience analysing and managing contracts, licenses and/or regulatory/legislative documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in communicating with different teams and internal/external stakeholders
- Strong professional and technical writing skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with procurement processes (tenders, EOI's, RFPs, RFT's etc) or audits
- A background in legal, banking, compliance, or governance frameworks
- Experience interpreting and managing contracts
