Job Summary
Data Lead at a leading Nordic business technology company; leads a delivery team and data workstreams, collaborating with customer representatives, vendors, and colleagues. Involves master data and data governance initiatives, migration-related activities, and analytics projects; opportunities to enable AI/ML/data science use cases and build data products with data engineers and data scientists. Projects may follow Waterfall or Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering customer value and shaping data governance, ownership, decision-making, and ways of working. Requires strong leadership, ability to engage senior management, and fluency in Finnish and English.
