Job Summary
Lead and scale a team of Data Labeling Specialists to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable labeling across text, video, and overhead imagery, while owning hiring, onboarding, performance management, and process improvements; collaborate with leadership and technical teams to develop talent and support growing annotation requirements for mission-critical AI datasets; onsite in Ranchi, India, with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of data labeling/annotation operations experience, including managing teams and hands-on labeling across imagery, video, and text.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience in data labeling, annotation operations, imagery analysis, content operations, data operations, or related analytical fields
- Prior experience managing teams and direct reports is required
- Prior hands-on data labeling experience is required
- Experience with imagery analysis, video annotation, and text labeling is highly preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Proven analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Self-starter with a bias for action, strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines
- Experience building processes, driving operational improvements, and maintaining performance standards in fast-paced environments
