Job Summary
Data Integrity Executive responsible for ensuring data quality and governance across marketing campaigns and CRM systems. Own the accuracy and completeness of key data fields (sector, geography, hierarchy, contact mapping), maintain data hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to reduce duplication, and align data across CRM, marketing, and BI platforms. Responsibilities include enriching and standardising CRM data with tools like ZoomInfo and Seamless, managing deduplication of accounts and contacts, building and maintaining clean campaign lists and segmentation in D365, and delivering regular data health reports. Key skills: Excel proficiency for large datasets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, data integration and governance, data enrichment, data cleansing, lead-to-campaign data flows, and clear communication across global teams. Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, process-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel - large datasets, data cleaning, comparisons, and transformations (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with the data structures of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Experience with marketing or sales data and how it supports campaigns and pipeline
- Meticulous attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Ability to document processes and drive consistency across teams
- Data quality governance and data hygiene processes
- Experience with data enrichment and standardisation of CRM data using tools (ZoomInfo, Seamless)
- Experience with deduplication of accounts and contacts
- Ability to build and maintain clean campaign lists and segmentation in D365
- Understanding of data flows between CRM, marketing, and BI platforms
- Experience in reporting and data health metrics
