Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end data integration operations for the central database and DEAL integration points, including batch workflows and data pipelines; ensure timely, accurate execution of critical integration processes during business hours; monitor and uphold SLAs/OLAs across multiple systems of record; manage production support, incident resolution, and operational risk; drive continuous improvement of integration processes and operational controls; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and execution discipline. Requires 7-10+ years of experience in data integration, strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, and related tools; preferred background in Financial Services (fixed income, capital markets, derivatives) and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders daily.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in data integration, operations, and enterprise platforms
- Strong SQL and Python development skills
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle/SQL Server, SSIS, PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Tidal/Control-M, Azure, ADF
- Knowledge of batch processing, data pipelines, and data extraction/transform/analytics tools
- Experience with production support, incident resolution, and operational risk
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Financial Services experience preferred (fixed income, capital markets, derivatives)
- Ability to balance business demands with monitoring of batch processing and tickets
