Job Summary
Data Integration Coordinator for a Part-Time role in Servbank's Loan Boarding Department. Responsible for accurate and timely flow loan boarding of mortgage loan data, ensuring wires are received before boarding, maintaining daily flow loan boarding reporting, and extensive communication with Subservicing Clients and internal teams to resolve issues. Duties include maintaining data mapping for flow loan boarding, tracking due dates, providing status updates in Core Team meetings, assisting with research, audits, and data reconciliation, and handling special projects assigned by senior management. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, and Windows environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow up
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Extensive working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access
- Windows applications proficiency; macros, merge documents, database conversions
- Ability to understand a loan data flow and data mapping needs
- Flexibility in work hours for extended loan volume periods
