Job Summary
Data Integrator who identifies sources, collects, streamlines, and curates data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured) for use in analysis and predictive models across diverse business use cases. Collaborates with Product Development Operations and Finance, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain and IT to acquire, integrate, store, and analyze data; supports data discovery and sharing; designs dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights; applies data standards, ontologies, and metadata to enable data integration and automation; ensures data quality, consistency, and completeness; translates between business leaders and data engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (chemical engineering, life sciences, data science, or computer science)
- 2+ years of hands-on data integration and analytics experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or related domain
- Experience with large datasets, data integration and transformation tools, statistical software (R, Python), advanced SQL
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards/reports in Tableau, Power BI or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; self-motivated and proactive to learn new skills
- Experience with SAP, LIMS is preferred
- Familiarity with data standards, ontologies, and metadata for pharmaceutical CMC organizations is a plus
- Proficiency in predictive modelling, simulation, and optimization beneficial
