Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of next-generation data products, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights to support smarter, faster decision-making. Build deep stakeholder relationships to shape high-impact data transformation programs; guide teams in creating intuitive visualizations and self-service tools, leveraging modern data platforms and AI capabilities. Champion AI adoption to improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality across the business; collaborate with D&A, AI, architecture, and governance groups to ensure trusted, scalable data solutions and governance. Requires senior leadership experience in data/analytics within the (re)insurance sector and hands-on experience with Power BI and related visualization platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data and analytics roles within the (Re)Insurance industry
- Experience in design and implementation of data transformation projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to translate complex concepts
- Deep understanding of insurance data and MI needs of Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims and Finance
- Expertise in designing impactful reports, visualizations and self-service data tools
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies; curiosity to apply them to business challenges
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI)
