Job Summary
Data Insights Consultant – Sales Enablement partnering with distribution leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical approaches, frame questions, define data requirements, deliver insights that inform strategy, and build data narratives through dashboards and briefs to drive leadership alignment and action. The role emphasizes translating complex data into clear insights, surfacing trends and anomalies across sales, product, and market data, and guiding stakeholders on quality analytics, tools, and methods. Hybrid work arrangement with an office presence in Lincoln (NE) and Radnor (PA); experience with AI-enabled analytics and presenting to senior leadership is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of business analytics or insights consulting
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and BI tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience framing business problems and delivering actionable insights
