Job Summary
Lead the Data Insights & Analytics team within Global Business Services to translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock data value, build a data-driven culture, and guide a team to translate complex datasets into clear narratives for audiences at all levels. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through advanced analytics, and collaborate with IT and data engineering to design and optimize the Snowflake-based data architecture, supporting migration and data optimization. This full-time, hybrid role requires 3 days on-site at either the Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL office, with occasional travel to Northbrook (1 day per week).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience leading data analytics teams
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with Snowflake and data architecture
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear narratives
- Experience with advanced analytics and insights generation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to guide data strategy and governance
- Experience with data storytelling and dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
