Data & Information Governance Lead

Lead Arrow Energy's Data & Information Governance efforts from Brisbane by shaping the Information Management strategy, driving the DIG framework, and enabling safe, compliant information assets across the organization. Responsibilities include evolving Arrow's IM strategy and Enterprise Information Architecture, translating governance practices into practical artefacts with Data Owners and Stewards, defining metadata standards and taxonomy, ensuring data quality and data lineage, managing document/control systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to support decision-making and business process automation. The role requires extensive experience in Data & Information Governance and Enterprise Information Architecture, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with IM systems (MDM, data catalogues, EDMS, records management). Desirable exposure to energy/resource sectors and AI adoption. Brisbane-based with occasional travel to field operations; hybrid flexible work arrangement.
