Job Summary
Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and stakeholders to examine data points and execute the Global Data Definition process in an Agile manner. Create and test functional and technical mappings from source to target while supporting data model usage across ING units. Gather requirements from data consumers, ensuring they align with ING's global data language, and contribute to defining requirements for Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Data Governance. Solve complex IT challenges by creating solution designs and partner with Product Leads to maintain a product backlog based on business value. Report on progress, communicate dependencies to stakeholders, and lead plan product release plans to meet delivery expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in IT process and/or tooling implementation
- Consulting mindset including an ability to think about Data Management in a way that is abstracted from how business functions currently operate
- Intermediate understanding and experience around Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data modeling technics, Data Architecture, Data Mapping, Data Profiling with Agile way of Working
- Proven banking & product knowledge
- Experience in guiding and realizing regulatory/processes changes and translating regulatory requirements into functional designs and/or processes
- Strong Knowledge of SQL
- Strong communication, presentation, networking and influencing skills
- English (advanced)
- Master or bachelor's degree (IT, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics/Business)

- Finance and/or Risk experience enabling understanding of banking products and their attributes
- Design Thinking, which enables big-picture view but also the attention to details required for in-depth analyses
