Data Indexer retrieves all documents from our World View Fax system and attaches them to the correct patient file. Emails the insurance team patient information to confirm eligibility and communicates with clinical staff to ensure receipt of new patient referrals for proper review. Indexes/attaches MD orders and current patient documents to appropriate patient files and professionally communicates with Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, and office team members to ensure indexing accuracy and timeliness. Data Indexer emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service to internal and external customers.
